With seed treaters in Plainville, Palco and McCracken, we can apply the full line of Warden® seed treatments on demand, among other products.

Audrey Werth joined Midland Marketing in March of 2019 and worked with the Grain Merchandising Advisory Program. In August 2019 she began her role in Customer Relations. Before joining Midland, she was a Commercial Lender at Commerce Bank for 8 years. Audrey serves on the Ellis County Farm Bureau Board, Community Development Committee of the K-State Research, and Extension Council for the Cottonwood District. She is also actively involved with the Hays Area Young Professors, Hays Area Chamber of Commerce, and Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. Audrey attended Fort Hays State University and earned a B.S. in Agriculture. Audrey grew up north of Hays on a farm and ranch, where her parents still raise cattle and farm. Growing up, she showed cattle and pigs in 4-H. In her free time, Audrey enjoys spending time outside with her dog, being at the lake, and traveling. She also loves cooking and being crafty.
Anna Luna joined Midland Marketing in 2007 as the Administrative Assistant in Plainville. In 2014, she took on the role of Palco Location Coordinator and over time has also assumed the Marketing and Advertising role. Anna grew up in southeastern Nebraska on her family’s diversified operation. She attended Southeast Community College in Beatrice, Nebraska, and graduated with a Livestock Production Certificate. She then moved to Plainville, Kansas and graduated from Fort Hays State University with a degree in Ag Business and minor in Communication in 2007. Anna, along with her husband Jesse and daughter Olivia have a cow/calf operation and a diversified row crop operation. In her free time, Anna enjoys her work as a member of the Rooks County Free Fair Board, Rooks County and State Farm Bureau organizations, and Sacred Heart Schools Home and School Board.
Lee Niblock joined Midland Marketing in 2002 and served in North Area Sales. Before joining Midland, he was a Manager and Chemical Applicator at Stockton Ag Products for 14 years. Lee is also a Certified Commercial Applicator 1A and CCA Certified Crop Adviser. Previously, he has also been a St. Thomas Church Board Member, President and Zone Chairman of the Lions Club, Chairman of the Extension Council Board, and Knights of Columbus Financial Secretary. Lee grew up on a farm northeast of Logan, Kansas whose operation was mostly wheat and cattle. He worked with his father’s crew and custom harvested from southern Kansas to Montana for 8 years. He attended Northwest Area Technical College and received a degree in Diesel Mechanics. Lee and his wife Theresa have been married for 32 years. They have two children, Andrew and Rebekah, and a granddaughter, Gabriella. In his free time, Lee enjoys hunting and farming.
Todd Stolz joined Midland Marketing in 1996 as the Toulon Coordinator and later moved to Hays as Central Area Coordinator in 1997. In 2003 he assumed his current role in Central Area Agronomy Sales. Before joining Midland, he worked on a farm since high school and college and spent two years in Ag Equipment Sales for LDI in Hays. Todd has also been on the Senior Crop Advisor Board with Winfield United since 2016. He grew up in Sharon Springs, Kansas. Todd grew up in the business; his dad worked for the Wallace County Coop for 36 years before retiring as Manager. Todd attended Garden City Community College and the University of Northern Iowa. He and his wife, Kaylin, have three children: Kayla Stephens, Brady Stephens, and Kaid Stolz. He also has three granddaughters and currently spends time with his mom who moved to Hays recently. In his free time, Todd enjoys golf, bowling, fishing, football, and enjoying time with his family.
Pat Muir served as Agronomy Salesman in Palco and North Area manager for Midland Marketing from 2008 to 2014. In March of 2020 he assumed his current role in North Area Agronomy Sales. Prior to working at Midland, Patrick worked in Sales and as Location Manager for Nutrien Ag Solutions. He is currently the President of the Phillips/Rooks County Extension board. He grew up on his family farm north of Stockton and has been involved in farming for his entire life. After one semester at a junior college, Patrick entered the workforce. Pat and his wife, Tialisa, have been married for 34 years. Their son Heath and his wife Lacy have two children: Lane and Cohen. In his free time, Pat enjoys fishing, hunting, and golfing.
Kashli Holthaus joined Midland Marketing in 2021. Kashli is a part of the South Area sales. Before joining Midland Marketing, she worked for the KSU Ag Research Center as an Agriculture Technician in the Sorghum Project, and did her internship with CHS INC., doing agronomy sales. Kashli is a graduate of Fort Hays State University with a degree in Agricultural Business. While at FHSU, she was an active member of Collegiate Farm Bureau where she volunteered for “Ag in the Classroom”. Kashli grew up in Tribune Kansas on her families ranch deeply involved in 4-H, showing livestock, and running a small herd of feeder calves. She also worked for a local farmer during wheat harvest. Kashli resides in Munjor, Kansas with her husband Rex and their dog Coop. Most days when Kashli isn’t scouting fields you can find her taking her dog on a run or walk or out at the lake fishing or wakeboarding. In the winter you can find her watching HGTV or spending time with her friends and family
Blake Bouchey started at Midland Marketing in 2018 as a part time employee while he was still attending school. He has since transitioned into the role of Sales in Palco and looking forward to serving our customers in that area. Blake grew up in California with his family before moving to the Palco area when he was 10. He was active in 4-H and FFA with showing hogs and sheep throughout his school years. He graduated from Fort Hays State University in May of 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and a minor in Ag Business. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with friends.
