Matt Keas started working for Midland Marketing in August of 2008 in Hays as the Central Area Manager and Feed Department Manager. In 2010 he moved to Plainville to become the North Area Manager. Matt grew up on a family farm northeast of Plainville where he was active in 4-H and FFA showing steers and hogs. He graduated from Plainville High School and attended the Colby Community College Farm and Ranch Management program. He later attended Fort Hays State University and received a degree in Agri-Business. Matt lived in Kentucky and Missouri for 20 years and held jobs as A Financial Analyst and a Cost Accountant. Matt and his wife Pat have two children, Nicole and Dustin. Nicole and her husband Jonathan Berkley live in Stockton with their children, and Dustin and his wife Ashley live in Durham, North Carolina with their children.
Tim Bouchey joined Midland Marketing in 2011 as the Palco Location Coordinator, then became the Plainville Location Coordinator in October of 2013. Tim has previously worked with contractors in the Stockton area and with a roofing company in Eureka, California. He has also been a successful owner of his own roofing company for 11 years. Tim grew up on a farm south of Woodston, Kansas. He graduated from Stockton High School while helping on his parents’ farm driving tractors and working cattle. He attended Beloit Vocational School and graduated from their Construction Department. Tim and his wife Karen have two children: Blake and Brady.
Lee Niblock joined Midland Marketing in 2002 and served in North Area Sales. Before joining Midland, he was a Manager and Chemical Applicator at Stockton Ag Products for 14 years. Lee is also a Certified Commercial Applicator 1A and CCA Certified Crop Adviser. Previously, he has also been a St. Thomas Church Board Member, President and Zone Chairman of the Lions Club, Chairman of the Extension Council Board, and Knights of Columbus Financial Secretary. Lee grew up on a farm northeast of Logan, Kansas whose operation was mostly wheat and cattle. He worked with his father’s crew and custom harvested from southern Kansas to Montana for 8 years. He attended Northwest Area Technical College and received a degree in Diesel Mechanics. Lee and his wife Theresa have been married for 32 years. They have two children, Andrew and Rebekah, and a granddaughter, Gabriella. In his free time, Lee enjoys hunting and farming.
Pat Muir served as Agronomy Salesman in Palco and North Area manager for Midland Marketing from 2008 to 2014. In March of 2020 he assumed his current role in North Area Agronomy Sales. Prior to working at Midland, Patrick worked in Sales and as Location Manager for Nutrien Ag Solutions. He is currently the President of the Phillips/Rooks County Extension board. He grew up on his family farm north of Stockton and has been involved in farming for his entire life. After one semester at a junior college, Patrick entered the workforce. Pat and his wife, Tialisa, have been married for 34 years. Their son Heath and his wife Lacy have two children: Lane and Cohen. In his free time, Pat enjoys fishing, hunting, and golfing.
